Can I collect only a deposit instead of the full amount?

Yes. You can choose between a percentage deposit or a fixed amount in Settings → Payments.
The remaining balance can be paid on-site or through a manual payment later.

Do “pending” reservations block the room?

It’s configurable. You can choose whether to keep the room blocked while a reservation is pending, or leave it available until the payment is completed or the confirmation token (sent by email when online payments are disabled) is validated. You’ll find this option in Settings → Cron & Pending.

Can I apply different prices during high season?

Yes. You can create seasonal rates globally or per room. Room-specific rates take priority over global ones.

Can I use currencies other than Euro?

Yes. In Settings → Payments you can select the main currency from several options supported by Stripe.

Is it mandatory to set up online payments?

No. If you disable Stripe payments, guests can still make reservations and will receive a confirmation email with a link. Once they confirm via email, the booking will automatically switch to the Confirmed status.

Can I edit or delete a reservation from the backend?

Yes. From the Reservations page, you can open each reservation, update its booking or payment status, and review its history.

Can I delete only some cancelled reservations?

Yes. You can delete individual reservations with the Cancelled status, or remove all of them at once using the “Delete all cancelled” button on the Reservations page.

How can I customize the button and calendar colors?

All visual elements (buttons, pickers, and calendar) use CSS variables. You can override them in your theme’s stylesheet or in Custom CSS.

Does the plugin send email notifications?

Yes. You can enable notifications for both the admin and the guest in the plugin’s Settings → Emails section. Both subject and message body are fully customizable.

What happens if I deactivate the license?

If the license is invalid or removed, advanced features (online payments, seasonal rates, CSV export) will be disabled, but your existing reservations and data will remain accessible.
